I just wanted to say that I found this morning really helpful. I think it’s so good to know how to move safely when you have lost your confidence. The way you explain without patronising people and the empathy you have is really amazing. You have a great way of teaching – so knowledgeable and you make it fun too!
I think I’ve said this to you before, a couple of years ago I was using walking aids as my pelvis and hips had become so weak and in so much chronic pain (after pregnancy operations with no physio support when I needed it). I was popping pills multiple times a day. I do still have some pain, as I have severed endometriosis but doing daily gentle Pilates type exercises plus our gentle cardio every week has improved my fitness, my pain, my well-being, my confidence. I am stronger, I am happier and I can do what I love again which is running around after my son and going for long walks.
